Exchange and Return policy: The exchange and return period is 7 days from the purchase date. To exchange or return you must present the paper sales receipt. 

 

– Garments: may be exchanged or returned are in the same condition are when purchased and retain the protective bag or sticker, label with which they were sent to you.

 

– Accessories: must be returned with their original bag or cardboard intact

 

– The actual delivery time will be calculated based on the items selected in your order and the shipping time of the relevant merchants.

 

– Our store shipping time: Monday to Friday (except public holidays) at 10:00 am.

 

-Exchange time is 3-7 working days.
